Orders and Shipping
We take fulfillment time seriously as we understand how much your device means to you. Hence, we always try our best to ensure that it is within a reasonable amount of time. The fulfillment time is unique to each case based on the areas of defect. Our specialists will contact you via Call/SMS once your device is ready for collection.
- All our repair services come with a 3-months warranty that includes hardware replacement or component level repairs only. This means that you can re-send your equipment to us if the diagnosed problem persists and we will repair it free of charge.
- Services that do not include hardware or component level repairs are covered by a 1-Month warranty(i.e: Reformat, swap of hardware from self-purchase parts, etc..)
- All software related service are not covered by any form of warranty .
At Digital Hospital, we provide an extensive range of repair and upgrade services from hardware defects to operating system-based solutions. In addition, we provide data recovery servicesif you have important data stored within your devices.
- You may visit at Sim Lim Square #03-01, open 7 days a week from 10am to 6.30pm.
No, we have morning and afternoon delivery, and the availability of slots will be advised by the service team. We try our best to adhere to the assigned slot; however, sometimes this may be affected slightly by traffic conditions, collection/return times of other customers beforehand and other general movements.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that lead to a delay in delivery, we will make every effort to contact you, keep you informed of the progress and arrange for rescheduling if needed free of charge.
Please inform our support via +65-6333 3343 in advance of 24 hours. There will be a surcharge of S$19 for changes of address, cancellations, and rescheduling after the 24 hours time-frame.

- If the browser is loading slowly, please do ensure that your internet connection is stable.
Deposit of minimum S$50 to order components or parts is required if you plan to carry in for service at a later date. I.e battery replacement, Screen replacement, etc..
We don’t believe in charging our customers. However, if required “On-the-spot” diagnosis at any of the “Drop Off Point” outlet (other than the Service Centres), charges may apply.
